Thank you for watching/ Cia
the name of the second, potato like root you showed is called Jerusalem Artichoke. We plant potatoes later here in the foothills of New York mountains after last frost, about May 30! I’m amazed how further along your Spring is than ours. Daffodils just thinking of blooming here, and no flowering trees at all for a month. I so enjoy watching you in the garden, greenhouse, and on your walks. Thank you Cia!

Thank you for that information. Yes I think we have put down the idea of polar bears walking around here in Sweden 🙂 Hope you are well/ Cia
